Through the permanent supportive housing program, Samaritan Place is able to offer housing to those very-low income seniors for whom safe and affordable housing and support services cannot be secured in the broader community.

Hours:
Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Intake Process:
All referrals must be directed through the Samaritan Place Emergency Shelter first.
Self referral and case manager referral.
Can call for a telephone screening.
Following referral and screening process, client will be added to waitlist for an available bed in the Emergency Shelter program. Case Management staff will set an appointment for intake and admission into program when a bed is available.
Materials required for intake:
- identification card,
- proof of income,
- insurance cards, and
- birth certificate.
