- Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) is a federally funded collaborative between Positively Living and the East Tennessee Human Resource Agency serving the housing needs of persons living with HIV/AIDS

Intake Process:

Walk-ins welcome.

Documentation required:
Medicaid card
Pay stub or proof of income
Social Security number
State or Federal ID
SSI or unemployment benefits award letter
Proof of positive

Program Fees:

30% of income-cost of supportive housing.
No fees associated with other programs




Will not serve registered sex offenders

- Men with a documented history of co-occurring disorders including HIV/AIDS, mental illness and addiction, chronically homeless, and financially limited

- Must provide proof of positive test results for HIV/AIDS
