The HRMC TLP is a housing program for youth between the ages of 17 and 21 who are homeless or at risk for homelessness. Youth under the age of 18 must be legally emancipated.

TLP provides housing, case management and coordination, service linkage, and independent living skills training to clients who qualify. Youth who are eligible may participate in services for a maximum of 18 months.

TLP also provides assistance to youth in the community who are homeless or at risk of homelessness through similar services. The same age range still applies.
